Me the coach...
I have spent years researching different forms of movement, spending time with some of the UK’s top strength & conditioning and powerlifting coaches plus training and conditioning dancers at professional level, both in the UK and abroad. This passion and knowledge has led me into movement coaching with the aim of helping people build healthier, stronger and fitter moving bodies in all walks of life.
I believe in creating a strong foundation from which to move from and playing with ways of training the 3 dimensional capabilities of the body. Focusing on how we can train the pathways in the body to improve the bodies motor skills (such as balance, stability and coordination), as well as looking at conditioning and challenging the body and its range of motion. Preparing the body to prevent injury.
My goal when leading workshops and training clients is to facilitate educating others to discover what works for their bodies. Coming from such a demanding training background, I use my experience of working and pushing my own body as a professional dancer, together with my creative background to work with a community of athletes, sports enthusiasts, dancers and the general population who love to move, to explore and discover ways as part of a team to maximise an individuals potential in whatever that may be.
Aaron is highly experienced within his field of movement, looking to apply it to those within strength sports. His grasp of the human body, how it moves, and how that can potentially apply to improve efficiency in athletes is something missing within all absolute strength sports.
I highly recommend that any coach, looking towards improving the performance and control of their athletes without adding in added stress to their athletes’ program, seriously considers getting in contact with Aaron to see how he can help them.
