The missing piece in your training puzzle
That is my training philosophy.
Building a champion of anything takes a team, pieces of a puzzle if you like, that connect together to create the picture. I’m a piece of that puzzle. The piece that works to connect strength work and technical work to provide longevity by creating a strong, healthy and versatile moving body. My philosophy is to allow you to continue to do what you love, whether that’s beating world records, competing at a professional level or simply playing with you friends and family in the park.
We’re never done learning about what our bodies can do.

Aaron’s workshop has opened my mind to other possibilities in training my body in a safe, healthy way in order to prevent injuries but also if injured I can use these tools to rehabilitate my body.
It also challenges other senses such as spatial awareness, coordination, and trusting your own body’s abilities.

Movement efficiency, precision and play
A workshop for athletes of all disciplines (strength, track, field, team sports, dancers, etc) and levels, offering an introduction into how movement practice can compliment your training and offer diversity within programmes.
Identifying, breaking & building patterns within movement with the aim of connecting the body, building strength and playing with movement to help enhance an athletes performance.
I enjoyed the ankle stabilisation training, as it offered a new awareness of how to soften into the floor, to secure the surface in contact with the floor. This, in turn, increased the availability for the body to respond with confidence.
It provided a great mental warm-up, to stimulate quick thinking and problem-solving in real-time, and challenged coordination in a new light.
